1.Yes , i forwarded them through my router`s conf. page,
2.I don`t really understand what you mean by that . If you mean that i set an ip to the server instead of leaving it on auto , no i did not do that

No . It was not need for me to add it manually , it added it automatically and i only "reseted " it by disabelying and reactivating it trough firewall . I am using the Windows integrated firewall .
Now ... Do i have to trigger them ? Becouse i have an another tab in the router`s config that says " port triggering "
