so since now we can't anymore edit just one collision file due to cheating problems?

hi all guys,i have a small problem,i've modified only one collision file (a road),but is three or more days that no longer works, i mean that the game run prerfectly, but mta doesn't load anymore my edited file,should i re-install all gta sa or something else?I i don't use any modifications or other programmes to cheat! Thank you for the help.
