thts why I want tk ask u, should I make group system and make military group first?

guys, I already made admin team script, so, when I type /admin command, the skin will changed to the skin I choose, and it moved to staff team on tab, but, when I want to make the same script and only military members can use tht command to get skin and moved to military team, it wont work, should I script the group panel first or?, please help me, I really apreciate tht, SORRY FOR THE BAD ENGLISH, AT LEAST I TRIED
