I disabled it by right clicking on it (in the task bar lower right of my screen) and turned off automatic protection. And yes, I followed your steps.

I unblocked GTA_SA already thousand of times in the firewall, but there is still nothing... i will try it and will tell the results.

Hey! I have a problem with my MTA... I start it up, it does that normally and then it is done, the menu is shown, but Latest News is not showing up. Well Then I go to the server browser, and it is loading... After that, the loading is done but no servers showing up. When I enter a server IP manually, it will download the map but not the resources, it will stay at 0kb for 3/5 minutes then disconects me with this error: ERROR (CD20) I already added some ports to my firewall, but I am not sure if it is good, Downloaded the latest C++ too.
