I'm experiencing the exact same problem as of a few hours ago. Whenever i open MTA (Multi-monitor setup, borderless windowed). My cursor goes super slow-mo and basically controls itself. It moves out of the game to the other monitors too. As soon as MTA is closed, the problem is fixed.

Hello everyone, i'm trying to get MTA:SA to work on Ubuntu 14.10. I've managed to get GTA:SA to work with WINE and have installed MTA, but nothing happens when i click on Multi Theft Auto.exe Is there anything i've missed/forgot to install?

are you suggesting for people to steal SAUR's client files?
