it says this pc already has a account asosicated with it witch is the one im trying to re asosicate with it -.- and it says i cant because this pc already has account so plz login using it witch i am trying to do?

when i go to install it it says please enter ur name + password i do and i tell my firewall to allow it to access the internet then it says this account is in use on anouther Pc and would like me to assiocate it with my pc but its my pc already and iv just reformatted my pc plz help me thx i rly rly miss MTA
