I don't actually format every 2 weeks, I was just dissing on Microsoft. Defragging and doing that junk every week would collectively take more time then formatting every 2 months, so I choose to format.

Then use it for other stuff. You can't expect a free host to host files that are 21 MB then have enough file transfer for a ton of people to download it. If you're lucky someone with web hosting will host it for you though.

Buy decent webhosting if you want to host video files. Faster download speed and better quality that way.

I installed ASE, used it once, and then got an illegal operation every time I tried to open it. Now every time I want to use ASE, I have to reinstall it. Weird? Yes.
