This is the third time I've downloaded this...I mean hey, it's a great video but wow, you're persistant.

It came with the install, check the program group in the start menu.

Read the manual first, then ask if you still can't get it.

There is a limit of 50 cars at this time, plus that would consume a lot of memory I'm assuming.

I was trying to host one of those, but I couldn't, something about too big of a port range having to be open and my router. Looks good though.

american.gxt is the file that includes all the text, like the car names when you get in them, the menu text, etc. main.scm is the file where the missions are written, the car's coordinates are stored, and it is used for a lot of other things but I don't feel like getting that deep into it

Oh, well processor speed shouldn't have much to do with it, what video card do you have? If it works in single player I don't know what to tell you though.

Hmm, you must be running Windows XP. Try searching google.com for the GTA3 Blocky Text Patch, or something similar to it.

I agree, but the jacking of helicopters in the sky is usually just lag.

1. You do need Vice City for multiplayer. 2. You need to download the MTAClient for VC, MTA:VC v0.1 3. You don't need anything else that I'm aware of.

That is weird.. There is an ingame cheat that does that, but they're supposed to be disabled in MTA.

They can't put boats in yet, because all vehicles explode when they touch the water.

Why would we want to play dumb? There will most likely be seperate buttons for jacking and being a passenger, so you'll still be able to do both.
