Iv got that alrdy but thats not the problem ..

Helle guys, Iv got a problem with my server , When im making an account on it i cant log in and when i start up my server it says alot of error's Can any one help me with this? Iv got Teamvieuwer , teamspeak, Skype I realy need help with with, its now day 5 thats im try'ing to fix this but it wont work...
