I thing I haven't seen pointed out yet...The skins dont work right most of the time so you cant have a team server based on skins. Until that is fixed the only way to have teams it to play with friends and choose sides. If its a FFA server then its "SHOOT AT ANYTHING THAT MOVES AND IF IT MOVES AGAIN, KILL IT." If its a Stunt server then its "Grab a car/bike and see how many times you can get dizzy in 1/2 hr."

I asked Kent747 about the making the Replay limit longer in the next MTA version or in the Stunt Server version but he told me it probably CANNOT be done and explaned why....(this is not word for word, i asked him last week and i cant remember his exact words but this what i got out of the conversation.) The replay length has not been changed in MTA but only appears to be. There is infact a set byte limit on replays. In the Single Player game the replay only records the positions of the cars and people in your immediate area and your player info. A replay in MTA records ALL the positions of the cars and people in the game and your info. This is also why you cant play a Single Player Replay inside MTA without crashing. Hope that throws some light on the subject for ya.

The wierd pings (like 1000 or over and -'s) can be caused by someone with a Dialup Connection on the server. On a fun side note...its also why you will have a hard time killing that same person. I think is due to the fact that the connection cant except all the information that its being fed by MTA so it drops some of it. Its also why sometimes everyones ping gets scrambled, their pc's cant get a solid ping response from the Dialup pc.

This would be very useful in the Gang Wars. I have seen a few battles goto hell real fast because their shooting based on the skins. By the time they get close enough to read the name...its a corpse. I have seen one problem with COLOR Names. When you hit F11 everything after the colored name changes also, so if someone uses black then no scores can be seen. (and yes there is a way to do BLACK and no im not posting how to do it) deJaya, how come you singled out curly's sig...? SeBsZ's is a bit shorter and longer, but almost the same size.

I like it, good job for a first vid. Hope you release more soon. Stunts 5/10 - Seen them all, done them all and unfortunatly half the bike vids out there have most of these in them. Music 7/10 - I dug the music, it wasn't my cup of tea but it kept my foot tapping, the lyrics are funny and it went well with the outtake part. Visibility N/A - you were compressing for space, nuf said Dont take my rating the wrong way, I just wanna be WOW'd by a Stunt Video now. Lately most of the vids I've d/l'd have been same of stuff. One way to make a great video is to jump off anything that was NOT a Jump Challenge in the game.

I use FRAPs v2 for recording. Adobe Premier 6 and Ulead Video Studio for editing and Movie Maker 2 for sound and compression. Divx is great for compressing most things but for game video Movie Maker 2 looks cleaner and ends up being a smaller file.

Thx for the kind words from those of you that send them and to those of you how were not so kind....thx also. You see I really dont care if you believe or not, I made this video for one reason and one reason only, so people could watch her do what she enjoyed doing the most. All we ever really know about most of the people we meet online is what we see and read on a monitor. There are a few people she loved to play MTA with and the video lets me and them remember her doing what she loved to do. Enjoy the video how ever you wish.

I lost my sister on Sept 7th 2003, this is a stunt video I put together from all the replays I found on her PC. I put it together in one sitting, I guess it was my way of dealing with the void. Hi Ya, Just a quick note the DOWNLOADS link in the menu bar in the DOWNLOADS Section still goes to the old site. Also the FORUM link on the same page bypasses your FORUM RULES page and links to the "Table of Contents" for the forum. I hate relinking a site, I always end up missing a few too. Sorry if this has been posted already but im leaving for a week vacation & I've run out of time scanning for this problem... I spent about 15min today reinstalling MTA:VC. Kept getting an error that it couldnt open files to update them. The only way I could get it to install was to uncheck "Do not create shortcuts". If you wodering why i had it checked in the first place, thats because I was reinstalling. I already had the "Shortcuts" done. Oh on a side note... In the discription of this FORUM's TOPIC, what does "trought" mean??? See ya guys in a week

Their using a trainer, I just watch to see who's getting killed on the server & who's not. Then I just play with ones that have died. Its the easiest way to tell who's cheating, but remember its not FOOLPROOF. Some guys/girls are just good.

Just wanna say THANKS ALOT!!! I just got done will my 12 STEP PROGRAM less than a month ago & here I am on DAY 27 and what do you guys do...?? Release MTA!! You might as well just said: "Hi CHAOSWOLF, please meet your new addiction. Your life is ours now." I've deleted all my other games off my pc, I cant stop playing for more than 1/2hr, I wake up in a cool sweat & now I go to sleep hugging my gamepad instead of my teddybear (oh and by the way, he is really mad at you guys for this). Oh god, I ffeel thhe withdrrawlls sttartingg agaiiiin,,,,nnoooo I MusTT pLaayyy...... __________________________________________ Truth be told guys, BEST damn MOD in my opinion since COUNTER-STRIKE, keep it coming.

I've been running into a lot of players using trainers, it takes all the fun out of it. How about this...If the anti-cheat finds a trainer then every car/bike that player gets into suddenly has all it tires flattened. or mabey changes the handling of all their cars to MAX SPEED 1 & their MAX AMMO to 1. That least it will make it no fun for them to play too.
