What way are u registering Thru the UCP or ingame? and what version.

The PHP code is fine it's just the XAMMP it works fine on CPanel just use part of CPanel and Why not make your own UCP? instead of using vG

Can you give me an example code please?

I was wondering if you could like disable the code with something like cancelEvent( ) to make your own /restart command is it possible?

Okay I know PHP and C++ / lua (sortof) and I know most of VIsual STudio codes.

ShoDown is Valhalla... it's just edits of the vgscript I downloaded the code and the vg 3.0.2 code I looked into the Global and Account System also SQL and many resources they do have valhalla scripts in there the new scripts by the owner are self made but only a few.

This guy should stop using vgScripts and make his own GameMode(If he can).
