This suggestion is about, adding the following function:
setPedBoneRotation
createLightBeam
setPedBoneRotation
This function will allow scripters to modify the Ped's bone rotation, it will also let them create custom animations without using engineLoadIFP which has been disabled.
Syntax can be: setPedBoneRotation (thePlayer, boneID, rotXOffset, rotYOffset, rotZoffset)
createLightBeam
This function will allow scripters to create a light beam, like these
Syntax can be: createLightBeam (posX, posY, posZ, rotX, rotY, rotZ, size, R,G,B, alpha)
