Hi to all! thanks to clicking this post ! Well, I have a problem, I opened the ports of my server, All. But, my friends can't connect to the server! Why? I can connect to it and I added resources to it, the resources are all good. But something is bad ! Plz Help me!

Look, I Want a resource or something that I (as admin) Could choose which commands have the other player that are player without any special thing. So I could give them money at the beggining of the game and they have to buy their cars, guns etc... Like a RolePlay mode. ACL? I'v never seen that And obviously don't know how to use it
