Well I edited my post when I realised that E-mail made mistake.

I think he wants all players to see the message, not just the killer.

A lot of people forget to open 22162 UDP port. You can test your ports here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/ports/

That is probably becouse you are playing from the same computer where you are hosting server. Or maybe you just have a very slow upload speed.

1. Put it in MTAROOT/server/mods/deathmatch/resources 2. Start server and write "start guieditor" in colsole, login in your server and press Shift+G
