  1. Хотелось бы видео, а то скриншоты мало о чем говорят. Правда. они сказали, что видео будет скоро.

  3. Hi there, it has been a while I played MTA but I got the itch again and decided to install the latest version. Problem is that 3 out of 4 times I will get a "connection timed" out message when trying to connect to any server. Sometimes I just wait for a while and then I can join. Another weird thing that happens is when it fails to connect to a server, right after that my firefox isn't able to reach any site. At the same time I can still refresh my server list. I know that this might lead you to think that my internet is just spazzing out. The thing is that it only starts spazzing out when I try to join an MTA server - firefox just dropping out never happened to me before I had MTA installed. And it always happens, like clockwork, when I've tried to join an mta server to no avail. Here's the diag info - I hope this wasn't to rambly, I find it hard to explain. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 1/17/2012, 12:37:05 Machine name: THEBLACKBOSS Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.110622-1503) Language: Dutch (Regional Setting: Dutch) System Manufacturer: System manufacturer System Model: System Product Name BIOS: BIOS Date: 07/30/10 16:56:21 Ver: 08.00.15 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.9GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8190MB RAM Page File: 2764MB used, 13614MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7600.16385 32bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found. 4. Cars flipping over and the like isn't what I call better synch. They're just selling the same shit with a nicer ribbon around it. SAMP will die out.
  5. From watching the player numbers, MTA is doing a comeback . I see more servers getting players and theres actually 700 people playing now. We used to barely get to 400.
  6. I liked 0.5 how it was. The lag, the horrible desynch. It all had it's charm ...I'm starting to sound like a samper.
  7. Kosmo

    MTA is laggy

    MrGreen is smooth for me.

    Player Limit

The playerlimit being raised would be a blessing and will definately mean the euthanisation of our retarted cousin.
  9. Thank you for this release - boosted our playerbase significantly
  10. When they are all nicked more will be added. We can add them ingame anyway.

    Skills

It's all about getting good vantage points and picking the right weapon for the right situation. Slick stuff like luring them after you and dropping a nade behind a corner helps alot as well
  12. I think this would be a great opportunity to reinstate signatures. We are at the crossroads of bringing the MTA community back to life. Signatures where people can represent their server in, or whatever aspect of MTA they want to promote, can contribute to weaving a new fabric for the community. Of course size restrictions have to be set up.
  13. Sounds more like a TDM, but sounds great!
  14. Why would they still waste time on MTA race when they have a stable version of MTA 1.0 that can do the exact same thing and more... ?
  15. Yea - I doubt it would be ever possible and I think this was suggested before. I also think there were some legal rammifications involved with it... It would be cool though.
  16. The fllickering happens when you put the same objects like right on top of eachother. It's like the game can't decide which object's textures it wants to show.

It would surprise me if there wasn't. Not sure though.

    99% Cant wait ?

Since we (vG MTA RP) have been running an rp server on the latest nightlies for a few months allready we can attest that MTA is stable. Our server peaks at 50-80 players every day without any problems. All this with a juicy 44k line script.

    Never say never/impossible =)

    99% Cant wait ?

Correction, since yesterday we are the biggest =) Link And of course we'll be releasing on MTA 1.0 as soon as it's finished. Which I hope is soon I also hope the playerlimit will be increased in future releases, so we can pass SAMP ranks

    99% Cant wait ?

    Graagh - I can't wait.
  22. Would be nice to add the possibility to play basketball. Defo in favor of this.
  23. I can understand robhol's point to an extend. I can imagine DM is more intensive, faster paced and more suitable to check things like weapon synchro and shizzle. But I can also imagine that roleplay servers use a different array of functions and maybe put a heavier load on a server? These are just a few gists, I'm in no way educated in scripting or anything of the sort. Furthermore though, even if DM would have been a better choice to check certain things, I still see this as a good "marketing" move from the MTA team. This beta has raised awereness drastically of the endless possibilities that MTA can offer for pure roleplay servers. We all know that SAMP gets most of his playerbase from the rp servers that are filled to the brim, this is why MTA has made a killer choice in appealing to the roleplayers. Before the betatest vG peaked at 25 - 30 players every day, and bare in mind, this on a nightly! Right now vG peaks at 50 - 55 players every day so there is clearly a big demand for pure roleplay on MTA. Flocks of SAMP followers from LSRP & vG are coming over to the MTA side and it will not be long before other communities will follow vG's example. You don't like roleplay? No worries, people who roleplay like to take a break from it once in a while. I myself used to be on robhol's DM server every day. So it's not only roleplay servers that will benefit on MTA. I'm sure that MTA will finally get the playerbase it always deserved.
