Yes i made it, using Jasper's park system from lolmode.

This is a parking system from JasperNL=D's lolmode and edited by me. It allows you to park your car in parking places (markers) paying 250$. You can take your car from the parking place for free. The Parking System can be used with a save system to save cars parked after logout. Can be set to a house system to park cars at houses. The Parking System can be set to a Vehicles System too. Is there a way to use GTA Stats and make progress with it in MTA? What i mean is like this : When you drive a car/bike for some time you get 1%. Like Driving skill: 10%, Diving Skill: 10%, Cycling Skill:10%,Flying skill:10%, Deagle Skill:10%. Can someone help me?
