All our servers are up, where do you see it is down? EDIT: Try pinging them, eu1.gameservers4you.net and eu2.gameservers4you.net. If your server is offline, it doesn't mean the physical server is offline. If you make a misconfiguration, it isn't our responsibility.

As I probably told you in the message system, the server was offline for 4 hours on one day. You claim that it is 3 days, but this just isn't correct. If the downtime was 1 or more days we would add them to your expiry date, but since the downtime is only 4 hours, due to a migration of our provider, which isn't in our might, we won't give a refund.

I take the FTP Data and i open the server from my PC, i check it this mornng, 10 players enter, no problems, all good, i think the problem is the Hosting , My PC create lag in the server.... Something important, the server have the problem just when its empty.... Please look in the serverlog, there should be a problem there. Or try downgrading to the first 1.3.0 build. It might be a bug in the newest MTA server.

We have replied to your message about 2/3 days ago. Please read our messages first. You aren't very clear about some problems. What do you mean by turned off? Does the control panel say it has a query failure? In that case, as I also replied to you in the control panel, you must check your scripts and also the ACL.xml for unnoticed permissions to some resources. Again, this does not occur on any other server. Have you tried updating to the latest version?

Users can update using the control panel, so it is up to them if they update or not.

What if they have a script that automatically changes the slots when they reach a certain amount of people? Our system queries the server constantly. If the user also changes the query mechanism, which isn't possible, since he can't update the core files. But even if he manages to do that, we also have human people monitoring the server. And he can't use it, because the MTA browser also detects this query and tell the client that the server is full, even if it isn't and the amount of slots is changed.

You won't get root access to the physical server. You can however upload files to the directory of your server, but due to security reasons (people buying a 2 slot server and then upload a program which deletes all server files) you can't upload .so files. Also, most of the time there aren't any nightly builds released for the Linux platform, which we use to host. lol? im buy and send this mensage Can you tell me some more about the problem? You have just bought a server and received this message? Then there must be something wrong in the control panel. This message has been sent a long time ago and isn't relevant anymore. Therefore if you just bought a server it won't be placed on that node anymore, since that node doesn't accept any new servers.

You can use a FTP program like FileZilla (http://www.filezilla-project.org) for it. The FTP details are in your control panel.

It appears that your server wasn't configured well. I did it for you. You had not changed your HTTP port to the assigned port.

The host of our servers had some downtime. The server is back online and you can stop/start your server from the control panel. If your server can't start, please create a support ticket on our website.
