  1. Thanks I'll try that
  2. So if I understand correctly if I do this both the uzi and the pistol have a price? function giveMeWeapon(weapon, amount) if weapon > 50 then return end if table.find(getOption('weapons.disallowed'), weapon) then errMsg((getWeaponNameFromID(weapon) or tostring(weapon)) .. 's are not allowed', source) else local playerMoney = getAccountData(getPlayerAccount (source), "server-money") if(tonumber(weapon) == 28) then if(tonumber(playerMoney) >= 1000)then newCash = playerMoney-1000 setAccountData (getPlayerAccount (source), "server-money", newCash) giveWeapon(source, weapon, amount, true) else outputChatBox("You haven't enough money!", source, 255, 0, 0) end local playerMoney = getAccountData(getPlayerAccount (source), "server-money") if(tonumber(weapon) == 22) then if(tonumber(playerMoney) >= 200)then newCash = playerMoney-200 setAccountData (getPlayerAccount (source), "server-money", newCash) giveWeapon(source, weapon, amount, true) else outputChatBox("You haven't enough money!", source, 255, 0, 0) end else giveWeapon(source, weapon, amount, true) end end end
  3. Hey, I've just started up a server, and i'm a total noob in scripting. So I wanted to ask you guys if this is possible. The freeroam resource that comes along with MTA has a really nice create funtion for car / skins. Now I was wondering if there was an easy way to add a price to these items. The code in vehicles.xml as it is looks like this : </group> <group name="Planes, Jets and Airlines"> <vehicle id="592" name="Andromada" /> This is also the same layout as with the skins. Now I was wondering if this was possible in a similar way(This way won't work) </group> <group name="Planes, Jets and Airlines"> <vehicle id="592" name="Andromada" price="1000" /> Where in price = 1000 dollars I hope someone has an easy solution for this. Thanks!
  4. I just wanted to add that we do not run a webserver from the server pc, I don't know if this is necessary?
  5. I've unzipped it, but I still get the same error. Could it be my client that is missing files ? EDIT : I can download files from other servers and play. EDIT2 : Maybe some1 has already ready to run server files for me, so I can use those / test.
  6. Hi, I've got a problem with connecting to my server, which is run on a regular pc with windows server 2003. When I connect to my server it gives me this error : http://img405.imageshack.us/i/errormxe.jpg/ I can see the in-game character and world for about 1 sec, and then it gives me the error. Also at the bottom of the screen I see a download bar for resources. I have the normal GTA MTA with the pre-installed gamemode deathmatch. My Config is : <config> <!-- This parameter specifies the name the server will be visible as in the ingame server browser and on Game-Monitor. It is a required parameter. --> <servername>DENKHELDER</servername> <!-- ONLY USE THIS PARAMETER IF YOU ARE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING - it is generally only needed for professional servers and should be left blank otherwise. Also I disabled all parameters of the httpdownloadurl. My MTA Server.exe works just fine no errors or anything. picture :http://img814.imageshack.us/i/serverwk.jpg/ Thanks, Dayokun
