Hmm 2 newbies to the forum (even more so than me)... Well what i have read then yes having mods will effect MTA, especially real GTA3 cos i had a little dodo effecting mod installed and the moderator warned me it might effect the game

Hmm this post is just confusing.. Zombie's WTF ?, u mean lagged out people, and also for your 'shoot a car stay connected' theroy thats prob just lag mate... And that prob means that there jus lagged N ur not on there screen, it mainly just resolves around the lag... dont worry there doing there best to fix it with the next update

Yer but the map is obviously a big point to it, i kno connection have to matter but when the person who runs the server has to render what is going on in such a huge place and make it so that everything on that massive map is the same on his PC to everyone elses trust me that has to take up alot of connection speed and time... i swear having it on a smaller map gives less room for connection to recognise making it faster speed for gameplay

Na its not reall a mod it jus changes a bit of the dodo flying script, its 2 small a file to be a mod N tbh i think it was a moderator who gave out the link

Hmm im sure people aint reading the FAQ cos im sure it mentions errors with runtime... Anyhow i get that from time to time for me it either means the server has crashed or the server is down or sumthing along them lines... i just try a diffrent server N it works perfectly

SoD LAN i jus hope it fixes the issue of when im playing on the net.... imagine this if you will ... 'Im driving at full speed down the road, just about to run over another MTA player, i hit him at full speed he goes flying and im happy .. then oops WTF !! ?? im back where i started driving down the street again for some reason and oh that guy has moved across 10meters from where he was a minite ago and BOOM i go into the wall..... i open my eyes and i am on the hele room again.. This may be a bloody STUPID message but im gonna post it anyhow cos it makes perfect sense to me... Right on other online games such as FPS if you have a large map you have a large amount of lag which is shit so mappers only make maps to a certain size... Notice (half life again) Half Life Single Player is a fuckin HUGE !!! big level map But online it is a load of little maps.. Playing online on the Single Player map is just fuckin stupid, the lag would be crazy... THEN WHY THE HELL R U GUYS DOIN IT >?. Shudnt u just like edit the map so it is just 1 of the 3 towns or just create a map of ur own that is the MTA world.... Using all 3 maps is just stupid, its as if your wanting lag and also all the times iv played noone ever uses the other maps (apart from me in my dodo )... Ok im ready to be told im stupid now

I tried to do it again for revenge and i found out that they actually do die if you kill them with a sertain method.... shooting them with a million bullets wont do a thing neather will kickin ten loads of shit out of them... i know the way.. I AM THE ONE

The best server i have found so far is some 'Dutchland' server that has max players of 32 and usually has about 7 in

Yep hes right it does it on mine too but all it means is that you can read the messages that someone has posted OUT SIDE the game inside... so all u gotta do is go out, post a message and others can read it in game if they have chat turned on... still thats not in game chat now is it... There shud be a key like 'y' (and eventually 'u'--- FPS talk keys) that bring up a little message box where u can type and post easy. That would own so fuckin much

There one in front of the hideout w00t w00t cheers... iv bin joinging games, goin mafia, jumpin in that dodo.. going for a quick spin and crashing and burning sumwhere..... i jus quick game, reconnect and its back there waiting for me ... 2things now: #1. Iv notice if you crash the dodo into water the game goes all fucked up and blue for a bit then u appear on sum random spot on the map happily sitting in ur perfect dod ready to go again.. Wierd huh #2. Can somebody help me with landing, iv bin trying to get onto the top of casino roof #2 for a bit (pool up there) and every time i hit it i jus seem to go through the building and get stuck in the middle of it ?? !! and also that dam lighthouse near mafia house... i cant even touch that

Hmm xerox i think iv jus realised how to talk ingame lol , iv bin chattin in that box for ages now N getting no replies N wen i quickly join GTA3 after doing a message its not on the screen... im guessing now that u have to put sumthing like '/in Hello All' or sumthing in that message box and /me is AFK' to do a /me statement ??.. Correct or have i just gone mad

There the same bloody engine, how hard can that be to understand... I cant think of any games off the top of my head to describe this but i will just use Half-Life... It is a old game, the graphics are crap. Say if you downloaded a Fusion Pack (Skin, Models, Sounds.. so on) and installed that then the graphics go remarkably better, less blocky and everything. ALSO if a slow PC runs half life they get blocky graphics BUT a fast PC runs Half Life they get less blocky grahpics... Its the same bloody engine it has just been tweaked to be that extra little bit better with new models N scripts N coding and junk.. Now lets end all this sillyness. THE ENGINE IS THE SAME ONE !.

..2Problems to this, either: #1. You are on there team which i assume you cannot kil them OR #2. You arnt killing them enough, notice you start with 900hp... now thats alot of life N it takes a few 1000 uzi bullets to take down... (Notice thats why everyone uses cars ...) Also Wazzaa U STOLE MY NAME !!! hehehe
