I have the saame problem, I have have done everything correctly, i have WinXp. It woorks fine n another compuet of mine with XP and we both have no-cd patches so no-cd doesnt matter.

yeah, sometimes players just walk slowly down the street in a bunch of 3 or so. No clue what does it, but disconect and reconnect to see players move.

same occurs to me, i disconnect or dont see the other guy on the other comp on a net server.

yes, what u type is /in and then ur message to display ingame but u need to type it in that irc chat perogram thing on the MTA console. The text appears in the top left corner to other players. an example would be " /in Lets Go KILL!!!! "

i hope we get some lag free servers, odd thing tho, street light hitting by another player knows the street light down

i did select refresh a 100 times but it didnt refresh, somehow after fiddling around with the dedicated server crap and all i got the refresh stuff to work.

alt tab out and then send a game request, after 30 secs the credits disappear and u pick u r team, once u pick ur team alt tab out again and disconnect from the server and then connect back again and u should be playing

when the server u play on seem lagged, cars bounce over the place, people dont notice u, i never seen a person shoot a gun?

i would also like 2 know, will other peep see the diff vehicles?

dude, u should have dl;ed from the first mirror, that took me only like 21 secs to dl off that, the main dl place was slow.
