    MTA:VC 0.5

    Here's a MTA gaming community's discussion on it as well: http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?opt ... ic=14633.0

    MTA:VC 0.5

I won't go into details at this time, but I spoke with 2 developers/admins, one of which spoke to a third who helped lead the project. They aren't sure of the route they may take if they do in fact continue development, but I'm sure the browser issue will eventually be fixed if one of the two actions is taken, since MTA: SA DP3 will need the exact same fix anyway...

Betting and knowing aren't the same thing. In fact, I've spoken with them and they are actually considering now either beginning work on the project again, or releasing the source of it after the MTA: SA DP3 release. I hope everything works out!

  6. It's not Vista, it's your so-called third party "Vista-compatible" drivers that aren't actually compatible. Blame your driver companies. More than likely it's your video drivers at fault. I guarantee it's not the OS, though.

    Game freezes

It's more than likely your video card's drivers. Although up-to-date, ATI is being extremely lazy with their Vista drivers. They make drivers that are Vista-usuable, but not Vista-compatible. In other words, they took their old XP drivers and made them run on Vista without fixing any bugs that arose due to some OS changes. I experience this issue too with my ATI Radeon X1300 PCI Edition under Vista all the time, but under XP it's fine. Once again, to clear up any issues people have with Vista, it's not Vista that's the problem. It's the lazy companies that make drivers for it that refuse to take their time to make quality products that run correctly.

When a fix for the current MTA releases is made available, why not implement it and make a MTA 0.5.1? No fixes, except to replace the ASE issue. This would give hope to the MTA 0.5 community and allow the administrators to find a reason to bring more support back to MTA 0.5 some day for a future release!

  12. Well of course. It's a newer game that's constantly getting updates to it's multiplayer clients! No one likes buggy games Update: Now allowing regular user posts. The MTA Team has sent me a reply that's hopeful! While I'm at it, this is a week into being started and look how many signatures it has already... : http://www.petitiononline.com/mtab1u3/petition.html
  13. So you say no one cares enough about it anymore huh? What if I told you I have already gotten 104 separate people to sign something saying they wanted a new version, and it happened in less than a week? Any chance that may change your minds?
  14. NOTE: Looking for just moderator, admin, webmaster, developer, etc. comments here. Dear MTA Team, Due to your repeated statements from the past and present regarding future updates to MTA 0.5 (GTA 3/VC Client), I would like to ask if you are still willing to fulfill your comments about possibly continuing the MTA 0.6/Blue client(s) for GTA 3/VC if you had many, many users interested in it again. You previously said that if a large interest were to spark up again in it's favor, you would consider beginning development on the GTA 3/VC client area for Multi Theft Auto. If you are still willing to fulfill this pledge to your fans and users everywhere, please let me know right away. I have a surprise for you that may change your minds and persuade you into starting the development again. Please, regular users, do NOT post comments in this thread unless requested to do so. I'm looking strictly for the MTA Teams opinions on this before I have you guys throw in your two cents. Faithful fan and user as always, SugarD-x / [LA]-SugarD / TeaM-SugarD / Tech-SugarD
