if you see an ip than go to IE/FireFox/Opera/Other Browser and do: mtasa://ip:port and it should connect fine if it dosent than its a firewall/router

i also know another fix: when installing "REGISTER" ok? lol if you dont register you dont get a serial so its an invalid serial thats how its fixed!
