Incorrect. I've tried. When you try to join a server, you are automatically kicked. I think it is because all VMs share the same serial. It works fine. Plenty of people do it.

I have also experienced this issue there. I think it's just an issue with CIT. If I waited a while, it worked. A lot of assets loading in at once.

What do you mean? You could use your clients to target someone and send constant requests. The actual reason for the limitation is security.

We can't really fix this. These flags are determined using IP geolocation tables. Those tables are wrong or missing an IP. We didn't make the tables, we just use them.
