no, Liberty City was BASED on New York. If it WAS New York, they would have called it New York. In GTA4 they look more accurate to New York, but looking at the trailer you see the words Liberty City everywhere, hinting its still Liberty City, and not New York. Well whatever they are doing i saw the statue of liberty...so imma calll it new york and refer to GTA III's city as liberty (as well as the original GTA) so there wont be any confusion between what im talkin about, EDIT hey lookie at what the trailer shows us:

i liked the blue car he rode by in...was nice, and yeah he looked to be either middle-eastern or russian and the city appears to be NYC itself as the statue of liberty is there and i think that was a lot more pedestrians on the sidewalks then other gta titles

well that would make sense... have you tried going into the server browser?

really if the players were always inside and never out of the ship you would have the same effect if it went down...why have pickups in that sort of mode...like what good are guns going to do if your trying to escape water?

why did you make two topics...

try going to my documents and into gta san andreas user files then delete gta_sa.set (maybe just gta_sa) then run it again....its the user settings file and will rebuild on restart of the game...any custom settings need re-setting tho

heres what ya might wanna try...go to your my documents folder and then to GTA san andreas user files and delete gta_sa.set this is the user settings file and can become corrupted randomly...you would have to reset any settings you had in single player however...but it might solve the problem
