It wouldn't be dead, it would just be less filled with trash. As soon as MTA:DM is released i'm pretty sure there's going to be a lot of discussion about it.

Oh man that sucks, i haven't played it that much, only a couple of times, but they were fun times. It's just sad how the dedicatedness and will to do something good (spelling?) goes to waste like that because of some dumb assholes with some programming skills. Well, hope that won't happen to MTA, we must fight back. And i believe we'll be seeing some of the ex-sa-mp'ers around here in a while so that means more players.

I'd say if there are noticable bugs, then it should be semi-public, but if you can't spot any bugs, it should be fully public.

I bet there's gonna be a lot of bugfixing, because no good product is ever ready. I doubt they'll do a DM for GTA4 since it'll have a DM of it's own, and it'll have a totally different engine, which would mean abandonment of Blue and spending a lot of time on a brand new multiplayer mod. Besides, they are people too and they need to rest.

If you include that command on your server, please don't have 11 year old kids or unstable persons as admins. It's really annoying when you get punished for killing an admin.

Thanks, but I haven't modded anything, i just create 3d models. PS I've just read your second reply and i must say that a game like that will be close to impossible to create with such a small team and no funding.

I could make some 3d models, i've never done characters though.

I've ran some people over with a car and just stood on them and they didn't lose any HP. Plus i've thrown molotovs and grenades at them, and they moved pretty smoothly, there were guys who just lagged like hell, but some just didn't die. PS. Thanks for answer, Talidan.

Will it be so easy to cheat in MTA:DM as it is in SA-MP? Because i just tried the new sa-mp and while there are improvements in syncing and stuff, there are a lot of cheaters aswell, it's pretty frustrating when you shoot a guy 100 times point blank and he just kills you without any effort.

I have VCS and a PSP, and i can say that the Stories are must for everyone with a PSP.

I don't use Vista, it's the best fix there is . Personally, i don't understand why a newer OS doesn't support anything the previous one did, and yet it takes several times more space, more RAM and doesn't have drivers for some popular hardware.

It would be very complicated, someone with a high speed truck could ram into your tractor and give it so much velocity that you'd get banned

Maybe there could be official "trusted" servers like in BF2, except that instead of paying money to EA to get one, you just need to be respected and trusted in the MTA community and stuff.
