Yes I just found out it is a GMA X4500HD. It is also up to date.

I'm extremely sorry for bumping such an old topic. But as far as I know, I have no idea what it is. My PC just tells me Intel® G45/G43 Express Chipset EDIT: I just went through my PC's Features and yes, I do have the Intel GMA X4500HD.
