Mkay, made some more..... oki, I think I got now that we missunderstood each other. not me handless every map as deathmatch, the script. we drive the races to end, like a race....... an example: when a race starts with existing record, it doesnt tells "best time at 3.26 by playerXY", it just posts something like I postet above. it seems like the addon could not read the existing records anymore, or something. and when you cross the finish line, nothing happens. even if the time is faster than the existing record. there comes nothing in yellowed color. not any comment about which position you were, or how much slower than the record it was. I am so sorry that my english is not perfect. maybe then I could explain it more better. If you like you can try it out. it says for example that Sandking has a record: "[ALL] times=1436 [sandking] besttime=142594 bestip=89.56.60.172 bestname=Truesp!n times=8 players=18 finished=0 deaths=0 [Grand....." Connect at 213.202.216.146:27000, vote this race and see what happens. it showes finished=0 what do this mean? I know I have finished it....

I dont get what you mean. I dont mean just the DM maps. I mean even the races. So please tell me Aeron. I dont have any glue about scripting, so I dont know what you want. When I deleted such an abnormal record, I deleted everything from the mapname until the next mapname. A DM map has no finish line, of course. But I dont know what that has to do with the script. I never changed anything in the script. Just deleted a few records.

Hi everybody. At my server, I have Aerons script 4.15 running. I had some impossible records there, so I deleted them in the stats.ini. (PP in less than one minute was a cheat, I thought) Since then, the script wont show me the best round times and the fastes driver. I handles every race, as It is a Deathmatch. I just become informations about the amount of players, and how often they died.... ....I doesnt tells the best round time anymore, and even not in which position you finish. (before ther came a pm like "you finished 2nd in 3.42") The following is the only stuff, that the script is doing at the beginning of a race: "[13:44] Played: 7/1428 Finished: 0% [13:44] Deaths: 0% DNF: 100%" No record-time, and not the driver... So, can anybody tell what I was doing wrong, or why it is not working anymore? Many thanks for help. (I hope my english is enough, to understand what I want)

i never wanted to show how good I can drive, or how awesome my stunts could be. the one with the Black Eyed Peas for example is made of crashes. i dont wanna show any skill or something. i made them just to show what is MTA is about. for mates that havent ever seen the game. trailer-like. a bit of sightseeing... the very first try is in my opion crap, you are right with it. but give Speed Demon a chance, and watch it like a trailer. you can say this one is the best try, cause i was using better software. not that ms-shit. anyway, thanks for any comments.

please tell me which script I have to load in mta.mrc. I found a stats script, but it just remembers how often a race was played. Nothing with record-times... is the one the post above one?

Okay, I was wrong with the clientport. I got it, just a litte misstake of mine....*shame* Which scipt I have to load for the saving and telling the best race times?

2 questions pls: When it is localhost, can I writ localhost then in the IP field? What port is meant with clientport, and what password is meant? (I have loaded the script and have to fill server data now)

Is anybody here, who would like to explain in german how I can get this work? I dont have a clue about mIRC, but these scripts are nice. More fun when you can see the best race times, and so on. What exactly do I need, and how do I use the stuff the. Which file comes to which place, and on what server I have to connect with IRC? So many questions. Maybe I have already read the answears, but I dont understand the most perfectly. So, if there is any guy out there with some minutes for me, I would be very dankbar. All my mates with freenet accounts have the same problem, and my ISP tells me thats not occuring from them. Yes I am sure that this problem has a bigger range. I dont know if it is whole germanz, but EVERY guz I know with this ISP has it! And I never said MTA is blocking me. But I was hoping I will find help here. Thats why I said I am dissapointed. If my ISP cant help AND MTA either, what should I do.....

So, after that long while of waiting, I can say how dissapointet I am. Noone is responding here, and Ij is not answearing my private messages. And I am still not able to vistit the site..... So I decided to close my public, low ping server. If there is no support for me (I just wanted some answears), I dont want support this game anymore. I thougt the more servers, the better it is. But if noone can help me to solve this problem (THAT HAS TO DO WITH MTA PROVIDER). I cannot update my server or any maps. Okay, this one server less is not dramatic. Like the single user was not important. I know the philosofie now. THX So I go back from serveradmin to a normal player, because the MTA team wants it this way/ mmmmkayyy

Am I blind, or others.....or someone DONT WANT to see...... It says VOTING IS NOT WORKING. Even if the name is great, and even if everybody votes, it should give no vote. Because voting is NOT working. It is not working for me, and not for my mates. And if I vote for ANY map, it makes no sense, because that vote want arrive the map.... I have maps were friends votet for, but I is not working. Why is it working with other maps. One of my maps has 9 votes now (YES< NINE GUYs VOTET FOR ME), but when you klick it shows SERO. Other guys are uploading the map, and during minutes they have 4 votes while the map is just 3 times downloaded. And other maps have not only one vote, but if you search for maps with more than 4 stars, the same map has 4 then. Anyway, I think some guys have it better here than others. Thats it. Or why is NOBODY answearing my questions?

I dont mean the NFSU one. The other one has no srtars when you klick it, but if you search for maps with more than 4 stars, it shows the same map with 4 stars an 9 votes. Climb or explode shows then 4 stars! And of course he asked others to vote. But I did it although and I know they did, but it still shows sero votes... In one of my maps were 8 guys voting, but I still dont have any.....: The other possiblitty is, that I see this 4 stars, and others dont. Thats okay for a good map, should even better.....but why is the system working here? Ingame voting sounds very good. But the same guy could vote a houndret times for the same map then, dont he? And he could do it for his own one...

Hi mates. I am asking myself, why ther are some much maps without any comment or vote. If you dont like to vote, just comment the good or the bad things. I have seen maps 150 times downloaded without any vote or comment (as I said ). But dont you thing every map you download to play is worth a little comment?
