well as most servers consider modded vehicles as cheating especially in the race gamemode I don't think there would be any reason to make clients able to decide if they want their own model or not. And yes even a model change can give you an advantage.

Liegt wohl hauptsächlich daran, dass NPCs schwer zu programmieren sind und mit richtigen Leuten spielen in der Regel eh mehr spaß macht. Versuch mal einen server zu finden auf dem 'cp' bzw 'control points' gespielt wird, bei diesem gamemode hat jeder spieler ein bot squad, welches er kommandieren kann. ping and latency both mean the same thing. your ping is the amount of milliseconds it takes for one package of information to travel from your pc to the server and back to you. if you have a high ping it means you see everything (every action by other players) delayed by a given amount of time, which results in various problems in almost all online games. therefore many server owners decide to keep people with a high ping from their servers. to get a better ping you can either try to find another server (usually servers located in the country you live in provide smooth pings) or find out if theres a way to improve your internet connection.

sollte eigentlich so funktionieren wie im singleplayer auch, messer auswählen, hinter den spieler stellen, rechte maustaste halten und wenn er das messer hebt linksklick. es kann aber sein, dass der server auf dem du spielst das per script deaktiviert hat. frag am besten mal nach

Hm, I'm not really sure how to help you. If you deleted your MTA folder and you cant find it imn the recycle bin either then I'd say its gone. You should probably stop installing programs to your desktop and use the program files folder instead, there you won't delete it by accident.

I tried the exact same thing once, but your version looks much smoother than my attempt. Would be really nice if you'd release simple yet brilliant resources like that to the community.
