  1. Simple google search show me there are driverupdates for winXP from 2004 if your FM801 PCI Sound card is from ForteMedia: http://www.soundcard-drivers.com/companies/409.htm Maybe those will help ? can't say they are all official updates be a bit carefull
  2. May I suggest to make sure that your DirectSound drivers are up to date. Also a firmware / driver update for your soundcard could help.

  4. There is a build in script which decreses heatlh when a vehicle is flipped. Your client calcualtes a different amount of damage because of lag between you and the server. server to the player your watching. The server calculates less damage. Ive seen cases where cars went on fire but after a second the were just marked red. not a cheat

  6. Indeed, had a long hydra fight non of the targetlocked rockets did damage while flying (both) Also took out a stationary (afk) car which did explode and die with target locked missile. Conculsion: rockets are not synced! however stationary targets (while not moving yourself) do get hit.

  8. It is true that for some reason target lock works. I've had several target locked rockets (the red blips) hitting me and taking me out (at once). I can also target lock, but sometimes the rocket makes circles around the target and explodes not hitting anything. However sometimes I had the rocket hitting the target and making damage. Could it be if both player and target are on same ping/lag time etc. this would make a sync? ps. stationary targets get hit more easy.

  10. I have the same problem. Only thing that worked on my firewall (SMC barricade) was to disable the firewall itself. My problem is not in the NAT configuration I guess. Somehow the firewall won't allow MTA.exe (i think) to make a propper connection.
  11. mine working too now. disabled firewall and Plug and play option. will recheck my ports tomorrow

  13. @ Capone Only software firewalls can allow .exe files to make a connection My problem: My problem is simulair to that of neuminator. Got V1.0. reinstalled GTA SA and then MTA again If I shut down my firewall on my router I get no serverlist at all All servers show as unscanned and no player numbers. port 22003 forwarded and ASE Also used a douzen of names Any clue ??
