    AFAIK besides MSN, the only non-new member you can find is Sped, at 0.5 sometimes. Crispy pops in sometimes too.

    There is no Liberty City conversion for Vice City being developed by the MTA Team. There is, however, GTA3 multiplayer. The most recent version is 0.5
