Hello, I've just updated my MTA after being prompted to do so after attempting to connect to CIT. However, I can no longer connect to any servers due to this update. My MTA client is telling me that I have a modified gta_sa.exe and will not allow me to connect to anything. Here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/HmRL7YS.png The only modification that I have ever done to my copy of GTA:SA would be downgrading it down to version 1 (in order to play MTA), and then downloading a no-cd crack (as my version 2 disc would no longer work for my version 1 patched files). It's been like this for at least 6 years without any problems. I'm sure most of us have gone through this process to play MTA, so I don't really understand what's keeping me from playing. Any help is appreciated. -Mogems

I think he wants to know how to change the texture of an object, as to go server-side. It'd be helpful for me too, if somebody could explain.

Fixed it. This can be deleted, or thrown into the archive, whatever the hell you guys do around here.

I go into Appdata > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files > MTA San Andreas > Server > Mods > Deathmatch, but all I get in the deathmatch folder is 'Logs' and 'Resourcecache'. No resources folder. Nothing else I can do?

Could I possibly do anything else? Or will there be an MTA update that would have the compatibility for Vista/Windows 7?

I am running it on Vista. I've tried running it as admin, didn't do anything. I installed it out of the default directory, and I got 79 more resources, but not my maps. And I had no luck finding anything in AppData.

Hey. I recently started making maps with the MTA map editor. I made a map for the RP server I play on, but couldn't find the resource. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be in Progrem Files > MTA San Andreas > Server > Mods > Deathmatch > Resources, so that's where I've looked but had no luck finding it. When I start up a LAN server I can start the resource by name, but I don't know where the server is finding the map from, but it's taking it from somewhere that I can't seem to find. I've tried re-installing MTA if anybody was going to suggest that, didn't work though. If anybody knows where I can find it, or why I can't seem to find it, it would be greatly appreciated. -Mogems
