There is no English/American EXE on there that i can see, i can't find one

I have tried hard enough, constantly for half an hour trying. I have played Vice City loads of times before this, and i have rest the game path. It isn't in the known issues

Read Everywhere on your site and Forums and cant find how to solve my problem. I have GTA Vice City, that has a NO CD Patch (Lost Play CD), and i go into MTA, i get into my desired server, i go to start game, i get into the game menus, i click start multi theft auto, then it loads up, once the loading has finished, it goes black, then back to MTA, PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!!
