well, for one....no. most persistant cheaters would find the reg keys, and tell everyone where they are.. second...registry is NOT hard to look through... third, that would cause unneeded stress on the server.

well, i guess they are ok, they never caused me or...looks like rebel and problems (look @ his sig ) you can make bitmap skins and use them in the skin changer which is in the GTAVC options, they cause NO problems.

you can have custom maps in blue, last i checked.
