Tuning cars in San Andreas is possible in SA-MP, but not yet in MTA. There aren't pedestrians because it would waste loads of bandwidth and that would be bad (like erorr said) and it would be useless to create peds because they are of no use.

Hehe, yeah, MTA:VC and GTA3:MTA is much better. It seems more deathmatch than SA-MP, which is based on strategy. I still remember the old stubby days.. *sigh* Oh, and on topic, the MTA doesn't care anymore about GTA3:MTA or MTA:VC. They would probably care about it when MTA:Blue is finished, and VC and GTA3 core is built on it, if there are enough requests.

..and what do you those health check scripts do? If you do check if someones cheating like that, player health isn't sync'd while they're in a car, so it won't go down. The SB clan script makes people go out of their car when you use the !check command to ensure that person is clean. If they don't go out of their car, they get kicked. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

I would say that 0.3 was better. 0.4 had TOO much crashes, and I knew how to aim (I think) rofl. Ahh.. the Prawn Island spawn wars, those pwned. I loved the cars that spawned there. 60% of the 100 reasons I left MTA was in related these reasons you gave, Rob. MTA:VC 0.3 - People were kind and trying to help each other out, no cheating, no glitching, everyone being friendly (except n00bs and one guy from KFC that bitched about me complaining and the person in ULK that added me to the !stfu list) and they had their hopes high for me. MTA 0.5 - Arrogant, moronic, overopinionated, cocky, overbearing, bitching, cheating, glitching, pausing, non-responsible (especially admins ) foolish bastards that think they pwn all. From what I remember from 0.3, people were kind and they weren't arrogant. (Example - {ULK}G-theft setting the ping limit higher for me / =BDC=Ron and =BDC=Empfys! helping me fight better) People were also considerate and forgiving me when I make mistakes (Example - Some people telling me not to pause and stuff like that) But on 0.5, people are arrogant and overbearing. n00bs who cheat (some idiot named Zack speedhacking) or people who carkill in GTA3 (some assh*le named Edge who claims to be a friend to UVA that carkills and is arrogant, bitching about jumping with stubby is wrong and carkilling is correct. Yeah, I believe so, since SA has more features and more *cough* GLITCHES *cough* than VC, and more missions, people would eye that product rather on a product released 3 years ago. They don't know whats good for them (for stunting) SA is worth the money though when MTA released MTA Blue. But VC is more worth lol.

Go buy the Rate Pending (RP) version of SA lol. Anyway, the MTA team wouldn't be stupid enough to put the Hot Coffee mod into SA, there barely is any cutscene language, blood and violence of just shooting each other is nothing compared to some crappy 13+ movie. In my opinion, MTA should be rated 13+. SA should be rated M like it is now.

Triple post! Making the AT400 hold more passengers is a nice idea, even though it has been suggested before. Team chat? That would be pretty useless in my opinion, unless you are a slow typer to type /msg #4, #12, whatever so you can communicate with your team faster. Or else teamspeak would come in handy. Stealth attacks are a good idea, but I would say that the admin has an option to enable it or disable it would be better than manually changing it though, since people probably want a little variety when they play *cough* stubby shotgun *cough*
