All what we can do is hope it will be released soon as possible.

Moron. Nobody asked when DM is going to be released. Nobody mentioned PS3, and nobody has given a release date for GTA:IV.

Please, don't bump topics like that. There's already a user who does that kind of thing.
However, that problem was found a long time ago, and was acknowledged by the MTA team. I believe their solution (which is similar to yours) was posted on the Wiki.

Are you using any trainers/cheats/mods? If so you have to get a fresh install of GTA:SA to run MTA with.
Also, I don;t think race is supposed to work in Vista, can you get into other servers?

The MTA 0.5 client detects anything that says "trainer/cheats/etc", so if you have any programs open that has any of those words, close them down.
