i had the same problem, i fixed it by copying the file into my.. C:Program files\..\GTA SA\.. and C:Program files\..\MTA SA\..

Does your single player work? also try updating your graphic drivers and Direct X.

Looks like this problem only happen with the German version of SA any other German player experienced the same problem?

trust, that's nothing new (ya could call em old ;p). Most players that play MTA do know those or will find out sooner or later. There always will be glitches/bugs with MTA (gta3 VC & SA) because the game wasn't designed for multilayer use.

wouldn't you call that dying? There are less people playing MTA now then 2 years ago, when MTA was at its peak.

Looks like you haven't been with the community for a long time xGj. Since 0.5 there hasn't been any updates for almost a year, the community started to die cos of that.
