I also noted the UT99 style text and the UT99 music, you were playing "Foregone Destruction". (the file is usually called Foregone.umx if someone here wants to play it for themselves)

Can you use the in-game text as well? Like the text for the mission names and car names, etc

Should be a lag problem. My ISP has been having issues lately. And yes, that was me driving the kart. No, I was not downloading porn. No way. Nope.

but ehh.. when he shoots with a minigun, the 5 persons dont die very quick, i mean, when he hits the target it takes a while when they dead..
did lil_toady had a high ping or something? or is that normal

It looks like he's missing them most of the time, hence why they don't die right away. You need to fire at them for long enough as it takes 3 Minigun rounds to kill someone (not 1 like against peds).

Is there any handler like onPlayerHit which executes when player is hit by any bullet or explosion? It would be nice to check the type of weapon he was hit by, the body part he was hit in and then reduce his health by certain ammount. That would be a nice way to set weapons' damage.
