Where can I find the download to the MTA Map Editor program? I'm running on Vista and using MTA Race 1.1.2

Isn't this included in race by default? It should be.

It is bugged...
You need to rename MTA San Andreas\mods\editor to MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor and create inside map_editor a folder called maps
